Ingredients
  

  • ounces gin or vodka
  • ½ ounce dry vermouth
  • ½ ounce olive brine
  • 3 olives for garnish
  • Ice

Method
 

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Add the gin or vodka, dry vermouth, and olive brine to the shaker.
  3. Shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds until well chilled.
  4. Double strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a chilled cocktail glass.
  5. Thread three olives onto a cocktail pick and garnish the drink.
  6. Serve immediately.
